TCG-Specific Policies
10.1 Singles Grading
• Card condition is assessed in good faith using our internal grading standards, which align with commonly accepted industry terminology (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged).
• Grading is inherently subjective. Minor imperfections consistent with the stated grade are considered acceptable and do not constitute a defect.
• By purchasing a single card, you accept that reasonable variations in grading assessment may occur.
10.2 Grading Disputes
• Disputes regarding card condition must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the disputed condition.
• Resolution is at our discretion and may include a partial refund, store credit, or return for a full refund.
10.3 Third-Party Graded Cards
• Cards graded by third-party services (e.g. PSA, CGC, BGS) are sold based on the grade assigned by that service. We do not guarantee or warrant third-party grades.
• The condition of the protective case (slab) is not guaranteed and minor cosmetic imperfections to the case are not grounds for return.
10.4 Sealed Products
• The contents of sealed TCG products (booster packs, boxes, etc.) are random and determined by the manufacturer. We have no control over pull rates or contents.
• Opened sealed products are non-refundable. By opening a sealed product, you accept the random nature of its contents.
10.5 Anti-Scalping Policy
To ensure fair access for our community, we reserve the right to:
• Impose purchase limits on high-demand products
• Cancel orders that we reasonably believe are placed for commercial resale purposes
• Refuse future service to customers who engage in abusive purchasing behaviour
10.6 Authentication We take reasonable steps to ensure the authenticity of all products sold. However, we do not provide a guarantee of authenticity in all cases. If you believe a product is not authentic, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
10.7 Market Risk Trading card values fluctuate based on market conditions. We do not provide investment advice, and no purchase should be considered an investment. We are not liable for changes in the market value of any product after purchase.
Events & Tournaments
11.1 We host regular in-store events and tournaments for various TCGs. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
11.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual from an event who behaves in a disruptive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner.
11.3 We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property (including trading cards and gaming equipment) brought to our premises for events.
11.4 Event schedules, entry fees, and prize structures are subject to change. We will endeavour to communicate any changes in advance.

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Irish or EU law
